With a grand stretch in the evening, Cuchulainn Cycling Club are gearing up for a double-whammy of enduro and XC mountain bike mid-week summer leagues.
For 2018 the Dundalk club will organise a three round enduro series and a 12 round XC league.
Ideal for those keen on a bit of mid-week race action and MTB banter, both leagues are open to all Cycling Ireland members holding a Limited or Full Competition Race Licence.
Based in and around Dundalk, Co. Louth, the club has three venues to choose from to keep each round different and fresh.
Bellurgan Park, Lumpers and Ravensdale offer a great mixture of purpose built and natural flowing forestry trails.
Thursday Enduro Summer League
New for 2018 is the enduro league. Three Thursday night rounds are pencilled in for May 10th, May 31st and June 28th.
Rounds one and two will be at Ravensdale with the final at The Lumpers. There will be three timed stages each night and plenty of craic promised.
Entries are capped at 35 and you need to be 16 years or older holding a Cycling Ireland Limited Competition licence to compete.
Entry fee is €25 for the league.
